Hello and welcome to our new blog Hello San Francisco.
Last week Michael and I were in San Francisco apartment hunting. Our search was successful and we signed a lease for a one bedroom in the central Haight neighborhood. Now we are back in Milwaukee packing and cleaning up our apartment and saying our see you laters (because it's never goodbye.) On Sunday morning August 24th we're loading up the Volkswagen and a rented Penske truck and hitting the road with our moms Monica and Susan. We'll be camping our way across the American West until we reach our new home on the coast on September 2nd.
We made this blog as a way to keep our family and friends updated on our journey. We'll update it as often as we can gain internet access. Stay tuned- you're in for a heck of a ride!

Do you guys get to go through Yellowstone like we did? IT'S AMAZING! Oh, man...you are going to LOVE that camping trip.
